The CellScrew® is a novel cell culture system designed for the expansion of adherent cells. Media and gas are distributed through an Archimedes' Screw by rotation, providing an excellent environment for the cells. Concentric cylinders inside the vessel create a substantial growth area.
The compact design allows for easy handling and saves incubator space. The CellScrew® is 3D-printed and made from plant-based PLA, which leads to a 90% reduction of CO₂ emissions compared to other systems.
