HERMONE is the first holistic female* hormone cycle and health companion and soon to be one-stop-shop for female* Body Literacy.

Research shows that 90% of all menstruators, more than 20 million women in the DACH region alone, suffer from ongoing and recurring symptoms throughout their cycle. Symptoms they would like to overcome, but don't know how. And contrary to what we have all been taught: pain and symptoms during our cycles are not normal!

With the HERMONE app, users will finally learn about the four phases of the female* hormone cycle. We help menstruators to better understand their cycles, bodies, as well as their physical and emotional well-being. Users will be able to recognise the connection between symptoms and their causes. With this knowledge, our users can make informed decisions, supporting them in alleviating symptoms in the process.

The HERMONE app accompanies users from their first period until menopause, helping to make their cycles work FOR and no longer against them.
