Cobiot Plato, the first service robot from United Robotics Group, demonstrates the latest generation of robots that work with and for humans. It was recently introduced for the hospitality sector and is now also being used in healthcare. Especially considering the shortage of skilled workers, robotics-based support for people in both sectors is even more important. Plato has an autonomous, mobile platform as well as an intelligent indoor navigation system. Plato supports the staff with a variety of repetitive tasks such as medication or food distribution.
