With Respeaks NLP agents platform, we enable our customers to extract structured information from text, voice, or documents in seconds. Our vision is to enable companies to make every language-based task as easy as talking to a colleague, with on platform.
Use cases include information search across multiple documents and/or websites and using speech to fill out forms such as reports or maintenance documentation. New use cases can easily be added by setting up new custom agents in our platform.
Agents can be accessed as a web app or easily integrated into existing environments and processes via API.

Respeaks platform is accessible via web app and API. Use cases that our agents can fulfill out-of-the-box include:
- retrieval of documents
- question answering
- speech-to-text
- named entity extraction
- matching of text/speech input to an entity (e.g. identify the appropriate error code)
- and a combination of these tools
We work closely with our customers to
- provide support during use
- add additional tools to our platform based on customer requirements

Agents Platform
Currently, our clients can use the platform to create two types of agents:
- a document and website search agent, that can process knowledge from various sources and provide precise answers
- a voice processing agent, that can extract information from voice messages, to fill out forms with a voice-based question-answer process
Dialog Builder
Use cases for our chatbots include chat-based gaming experiences, digital tutors for education, or interview/survey agents.
Our system is unique in that it assists creators not only with suggesting potential questions, but it also simulates responses a participant might give and suggests appropriate reactions.
