Nect is a leading provider of digital, AI-based identification solutions from Germany. All solutions are made available in the company's app, the Nect Wallet. Their core product Nect Ident includes identification via automated video ident, the online ID function of the German ID card (eID) and NFC-based methods such as the electronic passport (ePass). Once identified by Nect, the identity document used in the process can be reused easily in seconds through face detection. Besides that, the company offers Nect Sign, a solution for qualified electronic signatures (QES). The patented and eIDAS-certified technology developed by Nect is used, among others, by R+V Versicherung, ADAC and Telekom Deutschland.

Data security and data protection are central to all Nect solutions. This is ensured by the complete in-house development of the software components as well as the use of data centres in Germany with an extraordinarily high security level and the renunciation of cloud solutions.
